Introduction

  • The Department of Animal Health and Livestock Development (DAHLD) in collaboration with stakeholders has developed a Strategic Plan to guide the control of human and animal rabies in Malawi. Having received and incorporated comments from various stakeholders, the DAHLD has organised a workshop to validate the plan in preparation for its endorsement by the authorities.
  • The Director of Animal Health and Livestock Development is therefore pleased to invite key stakeholders to this important half day validation workshop to be held on the 18th January at Sunbird Lilongwe Hotel.
